AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy is a therapeutic approach with the belief that systematic external use of essential oils can improve physical and psychological well-being. Different oils are considered to have different effects. Aromatherapists blend natural plant oils to suit the client’s needs. These natural plant oils are applied in a variety of ways:

  • Direct inhalation
  • Aerial diffusion
  • Topical applications (massage, baths, therapeutic skin care)

Soothing Swedish Massage techniques are usually used for Aromatherapy massage. Clients strip down to their underwear and lie on a massage table.
